New client
Creates the tenant + config + workflow catalog (all disabled) + agent placeholder, and returns the QuickBooks connect link. The slug becomes the client's join key across the system.

Invite a client user
Emails them a magic-link login and grants access to only that client's workspace (enforced by row-level security). Admin can upload the logo; viewer is read-only. Re-inviting is safe — it never duplicates.
